From Flour, found at Food Network
I picked up a copy of Flour's cookbook months ago. I just haven't had the time to make anything from it. Well, the other day I decided to try my hand at making my favorite thing from the bakery, the sticky buns!! I made the brioche dough yesterday afternoon and baked the buns this morning. The brioche dough is easy to make. You just toss the ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer and gradually add the butter. The mixer does all the work for you :) The end product is definitely yummy!!! Still easier to just buy them but it's good to have the recipe in case I decide to make them again :)
