It's Labor Day weekend. And what's Labor Day weekend without some shopping :) After some serious shopping, I spent the evening whipping up some comfort food. Here's my take on healthy Chicken Alfredo. It turned out better than I thought. It's not exactly like Alfredo but it's pretty close.
