The school year is coming to close. The kids are excited for summer and I'm dreading the switch to our summer schedule. We have a few quiet weeks before activities start then we're busier than ever til school starts in August.

These are mini turkey on white wheat sandwiches with apple slices and chips. The side is a slice of lemon meringue pie.
