Juliette made these cute cakes in the microwave last night. They're egg-less and oil-less!
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon non-fat milk
2 tablespoons mashed banana
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt).
2. In a small bowl, combine the milk and banana.
3. Pour the milk and banana mixture into the dry ingredients. Combine until well mixed.
4. Pour the batter into a microwave safe cup (we used small espresso cups) and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Microwave less for a wetter cake and more for a dryer one.
