We made crispy pork belly banh mi sandwiches today. It's been a while since this sandwich has come out of my kitchen. I usually just pick one up if I feel the urge for one. Unfortunately, it's usually the typical cold cut one. Using crispy pork belly definitely elevates it up a notch. Yum!
