Salisbury Steak in a Mushroom Gravy with Mashed Potatoes ***



This dish has become a favorite at my house. I'm finding that I end up making it frequently. My father really enjoys it so I make large batches and freeze them in individual portions. This has become extremely convenient as he can heat them up when he comes home in the evenings and it's still as yummy as when it came out of the oven :)
