My little sister's school groups birthday celebrations. Tomorrow is hers. We made strawberry princess cupcakes (because they're pink!) with vanilla buttercream frosting. We added colored sugar crystals and crowns to finish them off :)
I used the Magnolia Bakery vanilla cupcake recipe. What I did to get the strawberry flavoring was simmer strawberries in the milk until they cooked down and the milk was pink. I also added about 6 drops of red food coloring to the batter.
