From Me
It's ramen time!!
Ingredients (per each bowl):
1/2 package fresh Chinese noodles
For the Broth
2 cups of water
2 teaspoons instant Korean beef broth, add more or less to your taste
1/2 teaspoon Korean chili powder, add more or less to your taste
For Garnish
1/4 cup sliced baby Portobella mushrooms
2 green onions, sliced
1 egg, scrambled and fried into a thin sheet, sliced into long strips
1 broiled steak, sliced
Bean sprouts
Directions:
1. Cook the noodles according to the directions. Drain and place into the bottom of a large ramen bowl.
2. Prepare the sliced egg and cook the ground turkey.
3. In a medium soup pot, heat the water, instant beef broth, and chili powder over high heat until it boil. Once it's boiling, I like to add the mushrooms so they cook a little.
4. Assemble the ramen. Pour the broth over the noodles. Add the steak, sliced egg, bean sprouts and green onions. Enjoy!
