Dinner at Sel de la Terre - Back Bay

Today is my sister's birthday :) We had a girl's night out with lots of food, wine, cocktails, and of course food! It was a good time.

Charcuterie: Chef’s selection of 4 items (House smoked ham, Guanciale, Duck liver mousse, Pork pâté Campagne) with pickles, French mustard, jam and toasted sourdough

Provencal braised beef short ribs

Grilled flatbread pizza with smoked chicken, burrata, caramelized onions, Black Mission figs and sage

Long Island duck breast with heirloom squash purée, sautéed cabbage and local apples

SDLT burger: grilled New England ground beef, Vermont cheddar, crispy pancetta, spicy aïoli; rosemary pommes frites

Warm banana cake, salted caramel sauce, mascarpone chantilly; banana tuile

White chocolate crème brulée, lime sandwich cookies
