Dinner at L'Espalier

L'Espalier is one of my favorite restaurants here in Boston. Here's what we had for dinner tonight. It was all wonderful!


Seared Hudson Valley foie gras, pistachio nougatine and market stone fruit; red currant gastrique


Roasted heirloom squash and chestnut soup, lobster noodles, and seared scallop


Black garlic and oat-crusted loin of lamb, red cabbage puree, pea shoots, Hannabelle cheese, house pickles


Roasted Lola duck, braised farro, fennel puree, and duck confit-marmalade spring roll


Sachertorte soufflé, panna cotta, and vanilla ice cream


Tiramisu: espresso chicory curd, malt foam; cardamom mascarpone ice cream
