Sea Bass Tom Yum Soup **

I really like this soup. I like it spicy and sour :)

Leftover fish bones and skin from the larb
2 green onions
1 lemongrass stalk
4 fresh thai chili peppers
3 limes, juiced
2 tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Slice the green onion and lemongrass into 2 inch pieces. Slice the chili peppers in half. Quarter the tomatoes.

2. Place the fish bones in a medium pot. Add water until the bones are covered. Add the green onion, lemongrass and chili peppers. Place over high heat until it boils. Lower to medium heat and let it simmer 10 minutes.

3. Add the lime juice and tomatoes. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Let the soup simmer another 10 minutes. Taste. Add more salt and lime juice to taste.
